This spring, diners are invited to experience the exquisite taste of fresh mantis shrimp from the Philippines at YUE1525. From 1 to 30 April 2015 during both lunch and dinner, diners can choose their favourite Cantonese cooking style and the restaurant’s chefs will freshly prepare the mantis shrimp as required.Diners can select the preparation method– sautéed, pan-fried or grilled – and sauce (from Black Bean to Lobster and beyond) for just CNY278 for 200 grams.
