富爱德先生（Foued El Mabrouk）于2024年3月加入J酒店上海中心担任总经理一职，全面负责酒店日常管理工作，凭借其深耕奢华酒店行业30多年的酒店管理经验、卓越的领导力、敏锐的市场洞察力和对中国文化的深入精通，富爱德先生将带领J酒店上海中心继续稳固行业领先地位，开启J酒店上海中心新的里程碑。

      富爱德先生来自突尼斯，在加入J酒店上海中心之前，富先生曾担任费尔蒙莱佛士国际酒店集团中国区运营副总裁及雅高酒店集团大中华区运营副总裁，积累了丰富的奢华酒店管理知识和经验。富先生在中国生活工作了30多年，这使他成为一名热爱中国文化的“中国通”。1983年，刚满20岁的富爱德先生便来到中国北京清华大学深造，毕业后他加入了中国第一家中外合资饭店——北京建国饭店，自此开始了他的职业生涯。2001年，富先生进入新开业的北京东方君悦大酒店任职，在接下来长达十余年的时间内先后担任市场部总监、市场部行政副经理及驻店经理，2009年他被任命为酒店总经理。2011年，富爱德先生来到上海，担任凯悦酒店集团华东区域总监，及上海金茂君悦大酒店总经理直至2013年加入费尔蒙莱佛士国际酒店集团。

      作为中国酒店业发展的亲历者与见证者，富爱德先生经历了30多年间整个行业的起步、成长以及日渐繁荣。而他对中国的传统文化也有着深入的理解与认同，通过将先进的酒店管理模式与本土文化相结合，为传统酒店业注入勃勃生机。1991年，富爱德先生荣获由北京旅游事业管理局于特别授予的“荣誉奖”；2009年，荣获北京市政府颁发的“长城友谊奖”，以感谢他为城市旅游业的发展而做出的突出贡献。此次加入J酒店上海中心，富爱德先生凭借他在奢华酒店多年的管理经验及对行业市场前瞻性的判断与果断力，将带领团队迎接来自国际和国内市场日益增长的需求与机遇。同时将其浸润着中国文化的赤诚之心与酒店服务理念糅合，为所有宾客创造“君子之境，仁者之心，尽我所能，待客如亲”的中式奢华体验，带领J酒店上海中心向更高峰攀登。

Foued El Mabrouk joined J Hotel Shanghai Tower as Managing Director in March 2024, fully responsible for the overall operations of the hotel. With more than 35 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, outstanding leadership, keen market insights and an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture, Mr. El Mabrouk will lead J Hotel Shanghai Tower to continue to solidify its leading position in the industry and reach a new milestone.

Mr. El Mabrouk is from Tunisia. Prior to joining J Hotel Shanghai Tower, he held numerous senior positions including Vice President of Operations for Fairmont Raffles Hotels International in China and Vice President of Operations in Greater China for AccorHotels, where he accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in luxury hotel management. Foued El Mabrouk has lived and worked in China for more than 30 years, which has made him a ‘China expert’ who loves Chinese culture. In 1983, Mr. El Mabrouk came to study at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China at the age of 20. He joined Jianguo Hotel in Beijing, the first Sino-foreign joint venture hotel in China, where he began his career. In 2001, Mr. El Mabrouk took up a position at the newly opened Grand Hyatt Beijing and spent the next ten years as Director of Marketing, Executive Assistant Manager of Marketing and Resident Manager, before being appointed General Manager in 2009. 2011 saw Mr. El Mabrouk relocate to Shanghai, where he served as Area Director of East China for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and General Manager of Grand Hyatt Shanghai, until joining Fairmont Raffles Hotels International in 2013.

As a witness to the development of China's hotel industry, Foued El Mabrouk has experienced the industry's beginnings, growth and prosperity over the past 35 years. He also has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and has injected vitality into the traditional hospitality industry by combining advanced hotel management models with local culture. In 1991, Mr. El Mabrouk was awarded the ‘Honorary Award’ by the Beijing Tourism Administration. In 2009, he was awarded the ‘Great Wall Friendship Award’ by the Beijing Municipal Government for his contribution to the city's tourism industry. In joining J Hotel Shanghai Tower, Foued El Mabrouk, with his years of experience in luxury hotel management and his forward-thinking and decisive approach to the industry, will lead the team to meet the growing demands and opportunities from both the international and domestic markets. At the same time, he will combine philosophy, imbued with Chinese culture, with the hotel service concept to create a truly extraordinary experience for all guests with integrity, kindness, professionalism and sincerity, and lead J Hotel Shanghai Tower to greater heights.
